Q: Why TOH Builders Inc.?

We are proudly PCAB Licensed We pride ourselves in our track record of completing and turning over every single project we've undertaken in our decades of operation. We are a PCAB licensed company who offers our clients the option to avail of a Performance Bond from a third party to put their minds at ease. The Contractors’ License law, RA 4566 as amended by PD 1746, makes it mandatory for all contractors in the country to first secure a license from the Philippine contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) before engaging in construction contracting in the country. The purpose of the Contractors License Law (R.A. 4566) is to ensure, for the safety of the public, that only qualified and reliable contractors are allowed to undertake construction in the country. It is our practice that when a down payment is received, the price given is locked in to protect our client from any further charges.* With TOH Builders Inc. you can trust that by the end of the project, you will have a home, complete and ready. All you’ll have to do is move in! *Please note that added or altered work will affect the timeline and will have bill separate from the initial one cost.

Q: I am an OFW and want to build my home, but where do I start?

Q: I want to build my own home, but where do I start?

If you have a lot or property in your name and want to begin building your home, meeting with your prospective builders' to Meeting with TOH Builders, Inc. will be a good place to start! We offer free consultations to clients, as we believe in helping them make informed decisions. Meet with our team and we’ll be glad to give you an overview of what to expect. Q: How much will it cost to build my home?

Construction Costs are unique as they may vary depending on the landscape of the property, interior finishing required, the location of the lot, among many other things. This is why we encourage our clients to stop by the office, even on weekends, to tell us about their property and needs so we can better listen and give an informed answer. Our consultations are absolutely free and have no strings attached. We believe in helping our clients arrive to a decision based on information, and we're glad to be able to provide it for you.

Q: Do you sell house and lot?

Right now, we are not engaged in real estate or selling house and lots. For the meantime, TOH Builders Inc. is focused on services to design, build and renovate houses, commercial and personal spaces, as well as low-rise buildings for commercial and residential use upon request.

Q: Will hiring TOH Builders Inc. cost more?

There is a common median price to hiring any contractor. Some will give lower prices, while others services’ will be sky high, but we are confident that our quotations are competitive. As a construction company, we take the quality of our work and craft very seriously, and will only include supplies, products and services we are comfortable working with, which influences the behavior of our pricing. However, if you wish to provide your own supplies (e.g. tiles, windows, etc.) we will be open to discussing this with you.

Q: What are the terms of payment?

After the initial down payment, we will only bill as we progress to certain percentages. We accept Cash and Bank Loan easy payment. If you need any assistance for bank loans, and Pag-Ibig loans let us know so we can help. See our banking partners below.
