HOW WE WORK

WE LISTEN
First, we actively listen as you discuss your ideal new home or space. It’s more than asking how many rooms and bathrooms are needed, we try to understand each client’s lifestyle and preferences before we make our recommendations.

WE DESIGN
As we understand your design preference, the design process begins with a floor plan best suited for your lifestyle needs and shape of your property, as stated by its respective TCT. We then move on to working on the design of the structure for you to see.

WE PLAN
As you approve the drafted works, we move on to creating the blueprints and project plan according to a preferred budget. Upon approval, we proceed to the contract signing and the down payment.

WE ASSIST
As a full-service home construction and renovation company, we go the extra mile by organizing documents required to process building permits and alike. If needed, we may also assist you with the application for a bank loan.

WE FACILITATE
A project manager, who will personally oversee the entire progress of the building, will be assigned to you. The inventory, timeliness of works and cleanliness is overseen by your assigned Project Manager. He or she will also work with you to ensure that the project stays within the agreed time-line and budget.

WE RECTIFY & TURNOVER
When we reach the finishing stages, you will have the opportunity to make a Punch list of items you would like to have remedied. After completing the contract and the punch list is addressed, we will then turnover all the keys to your new home.
Did You Know: For the safety of the public, the Contractors License Law (R.A. 4566) was made to ensure that only qualified and reliable contractors are allowed to undertake construction projects in the country. The law also aims to promote the benefit of the public and private sectors and for the national interest, the orderly growth of the contracting sector, and the upgrading of construction capability.
